GBN shortlisted for National Recycling Awards
GBN is delighted to announce that it has been named as a finalist for the prestigious National Recycling Awards 2018.
The company has been shortlisted in the Independent Operator of the Year category, which recognises businesses that have shown exceptional customer service, market innovation, growth and high performance.
The announcement comes after GBN only narrowly missed out on the title of Waste Transfer and Skip Hire Business of the Year at the Awards for Excellence in Recycling and Waste Management, for which it was also shortlisted.
Winners of the National Recycling Awards will be announced at a gala ceremony on June 28 at the London Hilton on Park Lane.
Robin Latchen, editor of MRW Magazine, which runs the awards, said: “Our awards are often the first to highlight innovation and best practice in recycling and waste management and it’s exciting to see previous winners establishing themselves as exemplars of resource efficiency. To celebrate and share in victory on the night is the icing on the cake.”
